SayKeto is made by McColl Aviation ("we", "us"), Australia. SayKeto is currently available in Australia only.

1. Licence agreement

Your use of SayKeto is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula), with McColl Aviation as the licensor. By downloading or using SayKeto you agree to it. The health disclaimer below also applies.

Subscriptions and purchases are made through Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings, and refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Health disclaimer: not medical advice

SayKeto is a food, macro and weight tracking tool. It isn't a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Nutrition figures, forecasts and anything the voice coach says are general information and may be wrong: AI and photo estimates in particular are approximate. Check labels when it matters.

A ketogenic or low-carbohydrate diet, or rapid weight loss, isn't right for everyone. Talk to your doctor or an accredited practising dietitian before you start or change a diet, especially if you have diabetes (particularly if you take insulin or SGLT2 inhibitors), kidney, liver, heart or pancreatic disease, a history of eating disorders, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under 18, or take any medication. Stop and get medical help if you feel unwell. Never ignore professional advice because of something in SayKeto.
